Outreach & Enrollment<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you need help finding the right coverage for you and your family? Our Enrollment Assisters can help you find affordable insurance that\u2019s right for you. We can also help you apply for Pennsylvania\u2019s Medicaid program and the Children\u2019s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).  Seniors (age 65 and older) can learn more about the Medicare Low Income Subsidy Program (LIS). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good Faith Estimates<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For appointments scheduled three days in advance, you have the right to ask for a \u201cgood faith estimate\u201d about the cost of non-emergency medical services and items if you are uninsured or not using insurance and plan to pay for health care bills yourself. You are to ask for this estimate when scheduling your future appointment. Learn about your rights under this law<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sliding-Fee Discount Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are uninsured or underinsured, we can help. We will never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. Our sliding-fee program provides discounted services to income-eligible patients based on Federal Poverty Guidelines<\/em><\/strong><\/a> that take into account family size and income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And even if you don\u2019t meet federal poverty guidelines or qualify for the sliding fee, we may be able to help if you demonstrate financial hardship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
