Washington Ave., Jermyn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tinnitus Support Group of Northeast Pennsylvania will meet Friday, March 6, at 2 p.m. at The Wright Center for Community Health Mid Valley, 5 S. Washington Ave., Jermyn. A virtual attendance option will be available for those unable to participate in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The support group welcomes individuals living with tinnitus, their family members and friends, and anyone interested in learning more about this complex audiological and neurological condition. Participants can connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange practical coping strategies, and find encouragement in a compassionate, confidential setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the March meeting, featured presenter Lisa Rigau, RN, will share insights on the role of mindfulness and lifestyle medicine in managing stress and supporting overall well-being.
